RBM bought this Sawtelle property. Whitewater Films has sold its office compound headquarters in West Los Angeles's Sawtelle Japantown district consisting of four parcels to RBM of California Inc. for an undisclosed sum. Beverly Grove-based the Passman Group transacted the sale on behalf of the film company. Founded by Rick Rosenthal in 1997, Whitewater Films had been operating at the Sawtelle Japantown site for the past 15 years, where the production company produced dozens of films, including 'Big in Japan' (2014), 'Cartel Land' (2015), 'First Girl I Loved' (2016), 'A Thousand Junkies' (2017) and 'To The End' (2022).
